Who is running this club

After looking at the poll and the forecast the poker race is postponed till next week Oct 9th. I know its not the right decision for some but cold and rain is less popular.

The poll spoke for the majority.

If next week is not good for some I think we have a couple more before the end of Avons season. Perhaps a two week wait is at hand.

I'm in favor of 2 weeks. We're not going to be able to make it next week, and neither can some other people, so i think we'll get a better turnout trying it in 2

cancelled for us;we are done for the year see you all at the party.

I think it's going to be 70 and sunny this sat. If the weather is true I think we should stay with this week, I'm sure we don't have many more nice days. If it is in 2 weeks I'm not going to be able to go.

The question was asked, WHO RUNS THIS CLUB. well the answer is and has always been the members. I have asked Mike polizzi to set up another poll for when you want to run the poker race. As President I will make the decision based upon the poll results by 4PM on Wednesday. Please take in account the weather forcast for the next few weeks.

What a great day to be at the track, althought the kart count was light we had a tremendous day racing. We changed up the program a bit with two heat races at eight laps each and a season final 16 lap race. Taylor had the competition covered as she drove up through the field to get smaller from my view. Jason Sugg and I had a wonderful battle the entire race as I just nipped him at the line. It really didn't matter where you finished as it was all in the cards. Rich Meyers made a rare appearance and collected best hand and drove well to boot. My driving was better than my card picking ability as I had the poorest hand. Special thanks go out to Don Stoka and Donna for aquiring the prizes. The folks from the GVKC thought the poker race was a novel idea as they let us run first in the program making our day an early one. We have more BKC business comming up so keep checking this site for announcments.
