Although there is no kart racing on the batavia suface this weekend the next date is Big. On August 3rd we will run the entire program and a quick meeting of the membership is scheduled. Also the club will hold the annual FAMILY PICNIC all on the same day. make plans to race hard, bring a dish to pass and stay longer at the track. All members are urged to attend even if you don't race.

Sorry guys, we won't be able to participate Sunday. We will be racing at Loudon in New Hampshire. Hope everyone has a fun day and great weather! As for the meeting, if I can make a suggestion on the points issue subject. In the WKA Road Racing series if have entered, registered, and paid to race in a race, as long as you present a kart to the grid, raceable or not, and go through scales and make weight you receive last place points. If more than one does the same thing it reverts to who enters first, or in our case in order of lineup of final. If someone comes to race and pays entry to do so they should at least receive some points for their effort.

Count me in for chips and other snacks. Looking forward to a great day of racing.

What a great day, we jambed a bunch of stuff into one race day. I'd like to thank everyone who brought food. Its amazing how good the food was but the company was better. RACIN, GOOD FOOD AND GOOD COMPANY... it don't get any better than that.
