When wet weather racing is allowed at a scheduled facility the BKC will contribute up to, but not exceed 100.00 dollars to off set the track race day fees if all criteria is met.
A minimum of five member racers are needed to run a wet wether program.
There must be enough corner workers available to provide a safe racing environment.
In the event there are NOT enough corner workers the event will be cancelled.
No makeup event will be scheduled.
The racers are responsible to pay the balance of all track fees.
NEW SPEC TIRE
The new for 2010 spec race tire is the Burris 55A tire for both front and rear.
Either 6.0 or 7.10 are allowed for the rear.
Jr. classes have the flexability to use the Bridgestone YHC/YKC tire or the Burris 55A tire but this must be decided on as a group. After the completed 2010 race season all classes will be required to use the burris 55A tire unless superceded by the rules.(eg. shifter, tag)
RACE DAY FEES
Nonmembers who wish to race with the BKC at any venue will be charged 15.00 more than the member rate for that track. race day points will be awarded.
