I mentioned the idea to my son and his reply was "Sounds like fun, Dad". Then after a couple minutes his competitve juices kicked in and says, "How about two teams" and race against each other? Kids!.........
Well if we have at least four serious people who are in, we should get our number reserved because there aren't many spots left. Team entry is 4800 bucks plus travel and lodging in Charlotte, so the cost isn't insignificant. The entry would be 1200 a guy for 4 drivers and still 600 each for eight.
Anyone who definitely wants to commit should talk to me at avon tomorrow if you are going to be there.
We've got 3 people committed. If we can get to 4 I will put in for a number. We need to do this this week, or we will miss out. If we can't get four, I am thinking of putting in to get assigned to another team, and if other people are interested then maybe we can go as a package
