i havent been on the site in quite a while, i know they havent run karts at the batavia track in a few years now but does anyone know if theres any plans to get the place open again sometime soon or is the track forever done????
i have a 125 shifter and that track was pretty convenient to run at!
Avon runs tags, i havent seen a shifter there yet..but i imagine it would be pretty difficult to race in a shifter there, just cause its not an ideal track for it.

yeah, im pretty sure Avon told me many years ago they dont run shifters there???
As far as I know, shifter racing in this area is pretty dead. Cherry Valley has only a tag class, and even at Beaverun shifter is combined with tag and turnout is pretty much nonexistent. If you're looking to get on the track then I would expect you can run with Avon's tag/ICA group. You can get hold of them to be sure, gvka.org.
