The idea of starting our banquet in the early afternoon was brought up at the last race. This was suggested so that there may be more time for all of our members to visit after the awards ceremony.

Saturday, Sunday, Brunch, Lunch or Dinner are all options. I have set up a new poll for you to vote. Discussion is always encouraged through the forums; the poll just keeps better track of it all.

We are looking at a mid November date so it will not interfere with the usual holiday festivities.

OK, two weeks and only six members placed a vote for for our options, and four of us are on the board. Securing the venue and date requires a financial commitment from the club, and soon. lets try this another way.

If (assuming no conflicts on the designated date) you intend on being at the banquet, please respond here with the number of guests in your party. Also adult or child (under 8yrs old).

We are looking at mid October to mid November dates. please respond ASAP!

Hey, i voted but i can't remember what for.Any way Sat or Sun afternoon works for me.
As for myself and James P we will NOT be able to attend if it's on 16-17 OCT OR 13-14 NOV
Due to committments to Uncle Sam.If it is on those dates it will have to be in the evening.

I am not seeing the poll? Anyways pretty much every Saturday or Sunday is open. Afternoons or evenings.

I will have four at the banquet.

I dumped the poll as it was not being useful for info. Only six votes in two weeks. Sat and Sun were even and Dinner was ahead.... Also the early 1pm start was going to be a problem for room booking at the alternate location.

OK so at this point we are looking at 13 of us....

At this point it looks like an evening affair at the Days Inn at Batavia as usual.
