Well here is a recipe I have that comes out around the holidays or any old time, I t is called Monkey Bread or Monkey Cake. great for the breakfast table when the family gets together.

4 Rolls of buttermilk biscuits (cheap Tops or Wegmans 4 pack)
1Cup of white sugar
1 Cup of brown sugar
1 stick of margarine (Not butter)
2 Tablespoons of cinnamon

Cut biscuits into quarters. Mix white sugar and cinnamon, put into bowl with lid. Put in biscuits and shake until well coated. If needed toss with hands until most of the sugar mixture is sticking to the biscuits.

With hands, Put coated biscuits into sprayed angel food or bunt cake pan. It will be approximately half full. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar mixture over biscuits in pan.

Put margarine and brown sugar into pan and heat stirring constantly until syrup forms then pour over biscuits in pan.

Bake at 350 deg. For about 30-35 minutes. Let sit 5 min then invert on plate. It may need reassembling a bit. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!
