Traditionally I think we've usually not held a membership meeting until after the new year (banquet doesn't count!). I wanted to float the idea of having a meeting sooner than that. I think we could benefit from a review of the season, figure out if we're going to have any turnover on the board, and try to get ahead of schedule on any shows or activities focused on brining new members into the club.

We've also had a proposal from one of the Avon guys to set up some kind of parallel class to our WF class, and I think we should discuss that as well as any other potential changes to class structures or technical regulations so members have as much time as possible to plan for any changes.

I'm happy being the Money Man but thats up to the club to decide. I do agree that a meeting to descuss things is a good idea; payment and handling of tires is the topic that needs improving

I will schedule a meeting sometime after the banquet. we only have a few weeks to play with because of the holidays. As far as the tires go, Hank did an outstanding job of making sure everyone received their tires and hauling them to the tracks. If you owe for tires please make payment as soon as possible so we can have the correct amount in the treasury.
