I just happened to stumble upon this track while searching around the web. If you go to Google Maps and paste this address(128 Wood Rd Groton, NY 13073) into the search bar, there seems to be a quite similar design in the track...mhmmm . I don't know if they still use the sprint track but i believe they run microds there.

after exhaustive research on the web I have come to the conclusion that the sprint track is not used. From the pictures and from what has been printed it looks like the track is in disrepair. It would have been a track to consider since we are running low on sprint tracks that are open. I don't expect Oswego will reopen anytime soon.
