Right now, this what we have in place. I'm not saying its right but we might look into a better method. Its damn near impossible to contact everyone on such short notice so I don't think we have a chance of that. Whats needed is a track phone that racers can call to get the latest update on race day.

The first time, not enough corner workers to do the show(so some people don't know karts race in the rain).
Second time, was told too much water.
