New User Registration Disabled

I have turned off the new user registration due to the bombardment of spammers attempting to get access to the forum over the last few days. If you know someone who would like to join the site, send me a post through the forum and I'll add them manually. So, yes, they'll have to already know someone here to get access.

I hope to be able to turn registration back on in a week or so.

CLUB MEETING Overview
Written by Michael Polizzi
Saturday, 16 January 2010

For those of you that made the meeeting today, thank you for your participation.

It was announced that our track in Batavia will not be in operation this year. Things may change during the year, but for now it's closed for 2010.

Those of us at the meeting voted to keep the club entity intact and plan to race a 12 race schedule at the local tracks as availability permits. For this to work , we need to keep a strong membership together so we have more incentive for other tracks to let us come in and run our current rules with their clubs. For those of you not in attendance, there is a poll up to get an idea if you are willing to do this. PLEASE VOTE

Also a motion to allow 2cycle Yamaha cans to run with the World Formula Masters class was brought up, running the cans at 370 lbs, WF at 395 as before.

We are also looking to expand the Senior Animal class as an entry level class. This looks like it will work well at Avon and other facilities.

I am sure this will get some forum postings going, so let's try and keep them on the topic when started.
