Jim told me about it so I won't take credit for finding it. AJ's Grand Prix http://www.ajsgrandprix.com/524/Welcome.aspx

This looks really cool. I called and spoke to the owner he does not currently have prices for leages. I will go and check this out before the next meeting and have some more info for anyone interested. If anyone has aleady been there let me know.

I hate posting this, but here it goes!
Best lap of the day: peter K 23.540 (former Batavia karter)
3rd fastest of day, VP Jim S 23.796
4th fastest of day, me 23.956
Feb 16th 2008.

(I had a bad kart I was faster in the first heat than Jim and I lapped him)

Here's your answer Adam, taken from a forum on rodandpiston.com. The guy was responsible for inspecting the facility and granting their permit from what I gather :

"Hi guys and Brat, just got home from permitting that new track they are now open for racing. Tell them Meatball sent youz. a bunch of guys came in and joined and looked the joint over today, they said they read about it on the INTERNET and R&P cool. Took alot of pics but i have a problem, the camera cable is at my office, so ill post the pics on Thursday.Oh, I didnt regulate the speed, the designer of the track says 50mph so there she goes, most karts in NY run at 24mph."

I ran 23.6 there. It's a fun track and reasonably quick for an indoor circuit. It felt a little slower than the mini Indy karts.
