As in the case with all clubs, trying to get the members all at a meeting at the same time has it's problems. Having this format available to us should be utilized to it's fullest extent. I am guilty of missing meeting due to work commitments and then feel like I was not able to give an input into decisions made there. It is so easy for us to use this forum (consisting of our membership) to poll members on club decisions, rules etc...
Topics to be voted on can easily be polled in advance to the meetings. It is easier to get on the forum than to find time to attend all meetings.
I realize having actual participation in the meetings is the first priority. I also think when it comes to things that need to be voted on by the membership this forum should be utilized better. Thats is why it is here, For the membership to use!
