After serviving a very long day in Avon for the first race the lightening fast pace of Bliss was a shock. In fairness to the good folks at the GVKC they are new to running a race program and as the season progresses they will get the show to run fast and smooth. You can't beat Joe Barber's a two dollar chicken dinner. The racing was pretty good too. I had two excellent practice sessions but did not make the first lap as I was involved in a shunt in the first turn bending a tie rod. I enjoyed watching everyone else. The feature race was as expected-fast & dizzing. Running the oval is always a nice departure from road courses. We are back this weekend in Avon for race three and then we have a little break. I'm going to ask Mike to post a poll on the trip to Oakland Valley. Although I'd love to go I will be in Michigan the week before and unless I find a big sponsor I will schedule only one away race. We really enjoyed the track at beaver Run so we will go there. I also sent Mike the race results so he can post the point totals. I need to hand out winners stickers on Sunday so if its not to late lets get that done.
