I will not be heading to Avon as The forcast is for heavy rain in the afternoon. Remember that the GVKC does not race in the rain and they will probably cancell their program. Only you can make the decision to travel to the track.
I'll bet there are lots of Brave BKC racers soaking in the tub and or wrapped in blankets. Would have made it but I was soaked two days in a row at work with rain gear; three days in a row did not look good in my book.
