Tire testing
Written by Michael Polizzi
Wednesday, 12 August 2009

I would like to thank Peter K and Will Salsbury for taking the time to run some laps on the Burris tires. It seems the harder B55A tires are preferred. Next week we will have the GVK Club running with us so I am not sure if we will get the chance for more testing. I will try to get the Maxxis tires mounted for some laps on them.

Burris - B44A ( too sticky ) and B55A (Preferred)
Maxxis - HG3 4.5, 7.0 & 6.0's
MG - still working on these

If you are able to spend some time at the track after racing, see Jim or me on Sunday. We also could use some extra sets of the Mike Wilson wheels to make changing them out faster.
